Facility Services exists so multi-site operators don't have to manage a different vendor in every market.
The division grew out of a simple pattern: clients whose stores we built kept calling the same crews back for repairs. Launched in the 2010s as the company's third self-performed component, it now runs vetted, trained EWB field techs — not brokered strangers — across retail, grocery, QSR, and property-management portfolios.
Every work order gets before-and-after photos, a real coordinator with a name, and portal visibility from request to invoice. It's maintenance run with a builder's discipline.

Sean joined the family business as a laborer in the 2000s alongside his brother Brett and today directs the division — maintenance decisions made by someone who grew up on the construction side of the buildings being maintained.

Gene oversees Facility Services alongside EWB's self-perform operations — a finish carpenter by trade whose 30-year career means the maintenance standard is set by someone who has built the buildings himself.
