The relationship
Regency Centers, one of the nation’s largest owners of grocery-anchored shopping centers, appears throughout EWB’s project history: Serramonte Center in Daly City (two phases), Mariposa Shopping Center in Santa Clara, Burlington Coat Factory at Pleasant Hill, and now Ellis Village South. Center owners hire on a simple test — can the contractor work around operating tenants without generating complaints — and they only come back when the answer stays yes.
